About Me
I am a teacher and educational psychologist. I’ve been involved in education for over 30 years. My journey began as a student at a small religious school in my town. That community nourished me with universal values and helped me to develop the first stage in my life.
In secondary school, in a public institute, I discovered the richness of diversity: different ways of understanding life, of thinking and learning. Later, university studies were a point of openness for my own criteria, a space where knowledge (mind) and essence (heart) were connected.
More than 30 years learning with and from school
As an education professional, I have been able to experience school from many perspectives:
- As a primary school teacher, sharing globalized learning, especially in languages.
- As a secondary school psychologist and guidance counselor, coaching growth and decision-making process…
- As an adult teacher, discovering the needs of lifelong learning to adapt my methodology
For the last seven years, I have been working for the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya, on the implementation of educational policies.
First as a teaching technician, then coordinating guidance programs and finally as a territorial director. This career has provided me with a broad and deep perspective on the educational system, and therefore, It has made me see education from another point of view. I think we need a radical (fundamental) change: moving from a pedagogical model, focused on utilitarianism and professionalization; to another one, that puts the human and humanistic dimension of education at the center.
Currently, my vocation is to accompany teams in their personal and educational growth processes. I apply different and personalized methods to do things in a creative and conscious way, inquiring about the essence that makes us human.

MY VISION
I deeply believe that another education is possible An education that is born from the fertile soil of what is human and that focuses on the singular and unique essence of each person. Life is a journey where we build relationships with people that make us grow.
I imagine an education that is firmly rooted. An education that recognizes diversity as abundance. An education that is nourished by respect, good treatment and happiness.
An education with a soul that sees beyond what is visible and embraces all that we are: heart, mind and spirit.
I dream of a more conscious education that is, deep down, dreaming of a more human world. I believe that learning means growing in all our dimensions as human being .
An eductation that iluminates
I mentor growth processes from an appreciative, creative and conscious perspective.
My purpose is to create learning spaces where everyone can discover who they are, what inspires them and how they want to contribute to the world.
I propose experiential training that resonates in our hearts and allows us to shine, not only as individuals, but as a true educational community. Through powerful questions, focused on what gives us life, on our strengths and on our shared vision, we inquiry the common purpose that sustains our work as educators.
Because educating is watering what gives us meaning, caring for the sprout that begins to grow and accompanying the process of each person towards its fullness.
